These two furnaces can be individually made as Hardening furnace for only the hardening process which includes quenching media and Tempering furnace both in the continuous and batch type of operation.
For Low Carbon strips and strips used to manufacture Blades, Saw, and other applications, these furnaces can be made in continuous operation too. The tempering furnace normally has a strong recirculation fan to maintain proper uniformity of temperature inside the furnace.
